Job Description Summary: 

As a Street Sweeping Driver, you will be responsible for operating a Broom Sweeper Truck to provide prompt and efficient street sweeping services to our customers on scheduled routes. You will be expected to provide high-quality service to new housing developments, local cities, and road construction sites while adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Job Responsibilities: 

• Ensure that the truck is maintained in good working order by performing routine inspections and maintenance checks and maintain a log
• Review scheduled routes assigned, be proactive in asking questions if route is unclear. 
• Operate the Broom Sweeper Truck to clean streets and other designated areas, including but not limited to residential streets, commercial parking lots, and construction sites.
• Complete assigned job(s) in the time allotted while maintaining quality of work.
• Obtain proper paperwork.
• Communicate effectively with customers and the company’s dispatch team to ensure that service is prompt and efficient.
• Follow safety procedures and regulations to ensure that work is done safely and effectively.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.  

Job Requirements:  

• CDL Class B 
• Clean Driving record 
• DOT Medical Card 
• Requires regular use of hands to finger, handle, feel or operate objects, tools or controls and reach with hands and arms. 
• Cleaning the truck after a shift
